The former proprietor of my favorite beachfront restaurant Boca del Mar — now closed — has opened his new restaurant on the adoquin (in town). It is an entirely new menu and it is excellent. The fish burger, shrimp burger and beef burger are all very good and fresh, and each are served with perhaps the best french fries in Zipolite. The tacos are also highly recommended. The only drawback for some might be the location right on the street — the ambience is lovely but make sure you bring small pesos to tip the endless line of musicians and performers. There are also only about six tables and they are often full.

We came upon the restaurant while walking and decided to give it a shot. We had a fish burger (me) and a steak with salad (my spouse) and both were excellent. The service was also very good. We will be back the next time we're in town!

An absolute must. The food was outstanding, we ordered the shrimp burger, beef burger and it surely did not disappoint. My friend from Chile got the choripan and was over the moon. Las mejores papas de guarnición, con ganas de una order sola de papas

Had dinner here twice during my stay in Zipolite and loved it both times. The burger and choripán were excellent—great flavor, quality ingredients, and friendly service. Highly recommend!

I ate here more times than I can count and loved every meal. Especially the tacos and grilled fish. Also the owner is super nice - It’s probably my favorite restaurant in a Zipolite!

So, quaint. The food is fabulous. The fish burger. Absolutely to die for. It's not a burger. It's a huge thick piece of grilled Mahi Mahi, with melted cheese on a brioche bun with avocado, tomato, and lettuce. So good. And the passionfruit margarita, fresh and So flavourful.

Walked by three nights and this little restaurant was full. Finally got to eat here tonight. We had a pitcher of cucumber-lemon water to drink plus guacamole and chips, which were good,. For our meal we had the fish burger and shrimp burger, both of which were phenomenal. We sat back and relaxed to great music while people watching, which in Zipolite is always entertaining.
